http: starting http/2 with prior knowledge

Added flags member to transport_endpt_cfg_http_t where client app can
set HTTP_ENDPT_CFG_F_HTTP2_PRIOR_KNOWLEDGE when it want to use
HTTP/2 connection over cleartext TCP.
