update l2bdbasemaclrn-mrr and l2bdbasemaclrn-ndrpdr for x553 NIC

update the test suites to call
"Initialize L2 bridge domain in circular topology" since
"Initialize L2 bridge domain in 2-node circular topology" was replaced by it.
