package only the vpp binaries (rpm)

The first install regexp of the vpp.spec file was too permissive and
included dpdk binaries.

Should fix rpm packaging error: Installed (but unpackaged) file(s) found:
/usr/bin/dpdk-pdump
/usr/bin/dpdk-pmdinfo
/usr/bin/dpdk-procinfo
/usr/bin/testpmd
