crypto: fix coverity issue for cryptodev

- Fixes coverity issue #210160.
- Fixes the possible issue in cryptodev when input node does
  not update mbuf, such as avf-input.
- Fixes GCM ESN packet incorrect tag.
- Code clean up to reduce binary size.
