Revert "job-spec: Add VSAP and Hoststack to weekly and coverage"

This reverts commit dc200e7f96297b3bccecb88b4e951b142617734b.

Reason for revert: This is breaking results due to test_type variable set to vsap without supporting model and results itself. It makes the output not usable for trending.
