VPP: make checkstyle job production for beta and arm job
This is the next step in the checkstyle job advancement. It
will now trigger both osleap15 and ubuntu1804 job along with
the arm ubuntu1604 job. All of these remain skip vote. This
change just goes from comment trigger to patchset trigger.

VPP: Added checkstyle only verify job
This is step one to have a fake pipeline starting with checkstyle
that then kicks off other verify jobs on success. Currently
comment regex trigger only

Do not trigger verify jobs on creation of Drafts
The patch sets will be verified upon Publish anyway.
Owners who wish to verify before Publish
can add JJB reviewer manually and comment "recheck".

VPP: forcing removal of old dpdk packages
this is for building older vpp branches with older dpdk releases
Removes older dpdk before older version attempts to install.
Using remove and install approach over downgrade for more
consistent results

VPP: Altered dkms from download to cached copy
Previously was driving pkg download with every vpp-csit build.
This will now used a cached copy instead to avoid failures

and not container builds. This will remove it from openstack

CIMANAGE-22: do not overwrite vpp_dependencies for stable branches
In order to have control of package dependencies in the release artifacts,
the vpp_dependencies file should not be modified in case of stable branch.
Modification for master branch helps to eliminate Java API mismatches,
but in case of stable branch VPP API changes occur very rarely.

vpp-csit-verify: use latest verified CSIT branch by default

To avoid updating verified CSIT branch name in VPP code base
the latest verified CSIT branch will be used by default.
VPP developer will have the possibility to define CSIT branch used
to verify his patch set by putting CSIT branch name, e.g. oper-180122,
to file
build-root/scripts/csit-test-branch
where the default value 'latest' will be stored.

Make small lint change to push JJB
This change to push the VPP JJB to production to overwrite manual
changes that were made to the vpp-merge-1801-centos and
vpp-merge-1801-ubuntu jobs. The change was to build the artifacts on the
CPOC environment to test an issue with the VPP 1801 release.

previous builds will be lost. This will NOT remove any artifacts

Remove no-longer required branch
With the support to create RPMs added for openSUSE the branch to execute
different build commands is no longer required. It makes maintainance
much simpler too.

CSIT-865: Add manual trigger for HW cryptodev (IPSECHW) perf tests
This manual trigger will allow to run 1T1C (1 core, 1 thread) and
2T2C (2 core, 2 thread) PDRDISC HW cryptodev tests per VPP/CSIT
patch when required.
