Modify log script for hung jobs issue
Modifying the log script to stop wget from appeading to the logs while
downloading the logs which can create an endless loop.

CSIT: pin wagon version to 2.10
This reverts commit
c27a8c8ad24bf82d76865fe8a5fdfc53ef814cb4,
but also bumps the wagon version from 2.9 to 2.10,
as 2.10 is what the previous maven (version 3.3.9) expects:

Add more archs for vpp-csit-verify-perf job
Testing suggests Denverton results are less noisy for hwcrypto.
Which architecture is best for performance comparison
may depend on the test case examined,
so it is best to have jobs for all architectures.

Remove unneccessary PLATFORM vars
The builds are using the default setting, so no reason to set them. The
default might actually change in the future, for example when we add
cross compilation support as in https://gerrit.fd.io/r/#/c/vpp/+/21035/.

Mark jobs that should not tolerate CRC mismatch
CRC checking is only needed in a small subset of jobs
that are required for maintaining CRCs.
Other jobs are more useful if they skip CRC checking,
in order to uncover real incompatibility (or confirm compatibility).

Do not skip commit-message-only checkstyle
Checkstyle now also checks commit message formatting.
So when a new patch set differs only in commit message,
the VPP checkstyle job has to be triggered again.
Unfortunately, that means all other vpp verify jobs
will get started on success.
But that is already true, and I see no good workaround.
This Change still saves one manual "recheck".

Disable CRC checking for some vpp-csit jobs
+ Except the API CRC job, of course.
