   1 This directory (and its subdirectories)
   2 contain files that have to be distributed under GPL license,
   3 mostly because of linking with scapy.

   5 When migrating more files here, make sure to migrate
   6 also everything linking with them.

   8 Currently the license listed is still Apache 2.0,
   9 we are waiting for sign-offs as described in
  10 https://wiki.fd.io/view/TSC/Relicensing_Procedure
  11 before we switch the licenses.
