   4 This section provides a summary of VPP Phy-to-Phy IPv4 Overlay Tunnels\r
   5 performance illustrating packet latency measured at 50% of discovered NDR\r
   6 throughput rate. Latency is reported for VPP running in multiple\r
   7 configurations of VPP worker thread(s), a.k.a. VPP data plane thread (s), and\r
   8 their physical CPU core(s) placement.\r
