job_specs: reduce number of ip6scale2m and driver combinations tested daily and weekly

Remove ip6scale2m daily mrr and weekly ndrpdr executions for following:
- 2n-clx: x710-avf, xxv710-af_xdp, cx556a-rdma-core
- 2n-skx: x710-avf, xxv710-af_xdp
- 2n-tx2: xl710-af_xdp
- 2n-zn2: x710-avf, xxv710-af_xdp, cx556a-rdma-core
- 3n-skx: x710-avf
