- Add:
    aes-128-gcm        aes-128-gcm
    aes-256-gcm        aes-256-gcm
    aes-128-cbc        hmac-sha-256
    aes-256-cbc        hmac-sha-512

- Remove:
    hmac-sha1

- Scale will follow in next patch
