Job specs: Add -tput tests to iterative

- Not touching coverage yet.
+ Trending stuff should be handled already by symlinks.
+ Adding to anywhere with -pps tests.
+ Only nat44ed version.
 + Because ip4base is stateless.
 + So -tput will have the same behavior and results as -pps.
+ Test counts and run duration estimates updated.
