Ansible: fix multiple shell commands
Ansible passes "&&" as arguments to the command being called, which
prevents us from using it for calling multiple commands in one ansible
task. Fix by replacing this with "with_items".

Framework: increase framework setup timeout
With increasing number of tests the amount of time needed to extract the
framework also increases. Double the timeout to leave some headroom as
well.

Metrics: Fix timestamps, they were not epoch
Library documentation [0] says this about monotonic():
The reference point of the returned value is undefined,
so that only the difference between the results of two calls is valid.
Switching to time().

FrameworkSetup: fix timeout in Arm setup

timeout. Increase the timeout to fix this.
