VPP: make csit virl for vpp nonvoting
csit folks have replicated all necessary test
functionality into make test so we can make
the virl jobs non-voting on the road to removal

CSIT-PERF: use 8c-32g executors to prevent out of memory issues.
Currently pybot(rebot) is failing due to large amount of data set to process
on csit performance jobs. This can be solved by increasing amount of memory.
For this purpose we need different executors.

Expand rendered image name to include seconds and milliseconds.
This reduces the probability of image name collisions on the cloud
from 1/60 to 1/60000.

Switch DMM job to manual trigger
This patch is supposed to switch CSIT-DMM job to manually triggered as currently
the capacity of VIRL does not allow us to run CSIT-DMM per patch.
Manual trigger: csit_verify_dmm_func
In future with new VPP_Device structure we may reconsider.

VPP: made nexus repo trusted for ubuntu
ubuntu 1804 a bit more strict about using untrusted repos
causing script failure. So just make the nexus repo
trusted across the board.

VPP: Dropped opensuse423 on master for osleap15
We are rolling opensuse releases deprecating opensuse
leap423 in favor of leap15. Have to explictily callout
old and new into different projects. Pulled all opensuse
to a new vpp-opensuse.yaml

HC2VPP: allow to run hc2vpp-csit-verify using specified CSIT patch
Trigers hc2vpp-csit-verify with specified CSIT commit
when gerrit comment contains:
verify-csit csit=<csit-commit-id>
Branch defined in csit-test-branch is used (no changes made).

VPP: removed clang dpdk building
While its unclear if it was ever able to build dpdk with
clang it certainly cannot do it now. So removing since
it wasnt tagged as a MH

VPP: Dropped retry on unstable builds
We never see unstable builds in production and defaults
on sandbox always leads to unstable. We dont need
automatic retries on sandbox so disabling for now

VPP: modify clang to only run on master and 1804
Older releases dont have the fixes necessary for a full
clang build and will be covered by the old clang build
style.
