- align CSIT code with VPP code changes for NAT44 deterministic
  (DET44) feature

- align test names according to snat44ed tests

- remove obsolete 3-node nat tests

- remove 2n1l-10ge2p1x710-ethip4udp-snat44det-h1048576-p63-s66060288 tests
  (not enough memory for such high number of sessions)
