Intel-X553 is Denverton (Intel Atom cpu based SOC) integrated NIC, add below
basic 2-node topology performance test suites for it, the test suites were
changed from the existing Intel-x710 test suites,

- eth-l2patch-mrr
- eth-l2patch-ndrpdr
- eth-l2xcbase-mrr
- eth-l2xcbase-ndrpdr
- eth-l2bdbasemaclrn-mrr
- eth-l2bdbasemaclrn-ndrpdr
