- use new vpp ref build - ubuntu 16.04:
  vpp-17.10-rc0~206-g5f22f4d~b2740_amd64-deb

- build tested by semiweekly job:
  https://jenkins.fd.io/view/csit/job/csit-vpp-verify-master-ubuntu1604-semiweekly/???/

NOTE: centos7 build not updated because of issue with deletion of tap interface
