Move reservation directory to TG node.

Testing has showed SSH access to DUT affects performance.
Downside: No support for non-Linux TGs.
Complication: After merge there might be conflicts with older jobs,
including jobs for other branches.

 - The zipped Report is 7.3GB big, it takes 13 minutes to create the archive
   and 14 minutes to archive it. Nobody needs it.

Report: Use best value for ideal line

For showing multi-core speed-up, previously
1c value was always used as a basis for the ideal line.
But due to randomness, 2c (or 4c) might end up above such line.
This change makes sure the ideal line is computed from the best value.

CSIT-1338 FIX: Failed to get VPP version on host

VPP was not initialized (shm), after service restart, quickly enough.
This results into vpp_api_test console timeouts when communicating over
uninitialized socket.

Patch is introducing more stable test to detect service (VPP) is fully
ready and initialized.
